Wabi on Rose

Sushi was banging. Drinks were good, though my double seemed a tad weak. Incredible atmosphere… major LA vibes. Went for work so paid less attention to price than I normally would, but seemed about right for this area. Would go again!

Great sushi place. Dishes & rolls are a mix old faves and contemporary fusion. Staff is friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back. Parking: Parking really depends on what time you come. There was plenty of street parking when we arrived in the early afternoon.

Food was ok and experience could have been different, but during lunch I witnessed a woman of color treated very differently than the caucasian guest. She treated the white woman with eagerness and service, went over the menu, was kind, etc...all things you would expect at a restaurant in a service oriented role. The woman of color was not told about the lunch special, did not accurately describe the menu and answer their questions and was generally rude in comparison to the other guest. Would not recommend spending your money at a business that explicitly discriminates the public in 2024...please train your staff to not disrespect members of the community.

Extremely rude staff

Absolutely love this place! Ambiance is beautiful and food is outstanding. Service is exceptional, hostess and waitress were very sweet and warm.

ESPECTACULAR…grata sorpresa de conocer este lugar. Lugar acogedor, moderno, cool. La comida es super fresca. Y a precios mas q correctos. El personal muy atento y profesional. Todos los platos super recomendables, en especial el sushi y las giozas.

Tried to cancel my reservation as a result of date not being able to attend. Tried to call and no one answered and voicemail is full apparently. Maybe I’ll be back someday

while I was seated at the bar, a random girl asked me to move away, I was seated 2 seats away from anyone else. when I refused coz I was separated from them by 2 seats. The bar tender agreed with me, but she said she has no say (the bar tender said this to me). I was however pushed out venomously as a show of power by they ( the bar tender's singular male friend (they)). The bar tender pretty much signalled to me, about the racism
