WaBa Grill

Im not one to usually complain but this time I feel I need to. I was there last night after work to, and I was the only customer in there, the guy behind the counter was also the only one behind the counter. He was obviously working hard, and was hot, because as he approached me he took his hat off and proceeded to push his greasy hair back and put his hat back on, took my order, and my money, and then proceeded to get my rice, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, STERILIZING OR PUTTING GLOVES ON. Then he put one glove on to get my chicken and it was at that point I decided I should just ask for a refund because I was so grossed out. I finally got my food after 4 other customers came in. and they were served first. There was no interaction with any of the customers including myself. Then a couple of guys ran in to the kitchen area from somewhere in the back like they were chasing each other and I thought my god how is this place still up and running? When I finally got my food home, the chicken was mediocre. Not great at all. Oh did I mention when I walked in it smelled like a bathroom? Yeah I wont be going there again and I wont be recommending it to others either.

I went in for the 1st time today, and before tasting the food I decided I will never go back. I went in on my lunch break around 1:00. No one else was in the resturant, the lady that took my order was so rude. Absolutely no customer service skills and spoke not one word to me. About 4 people walked in after I ordered and she was the same with them. Also, all 4 other customers got their food before me and they had pretty much the same order as I did. One customer asked for more sauce and was told that it would be additional cost which she said she would pay. The lady then turned around and completely ignored the customer. The food was good. Unfortunately, wont be back because of the terrible service. I work one block away and was hoping to find a new spot for lunch. I'll keep looking!

Needed something quick and Gave me food poisoning ordered chicken waba bowl, dry chicken better to cook at your house then order here at this spot

Rice very hard and dumplings were extremely soggy, I regret giving this place a 3rd chance

Food is great and affordable. Simple ordering system, hard to mess up with such a small menu. Just needs to work on customer service.

Absolutely Disgusting establishment first walked in and hit by a WRETCHED SMELL the food was even worse and the fountain drink dispenser was filthy won’t even waste my money here again I couldn’t even eat this stuff

Whoever the girl that works there w red hair needs to go. Shes rude and no customer service skills what’s so ever. I ordered a simple steak, chicken veggie bowl, w green onions and avocado. Once I get my food and start eating I noticed it’s only chicken and missing green onions. No big deal.. I walk back in, wait in line and let her take care of customers first. I then politely told her I order steak, chicken and veggie bowl. She said “NO! You ordered chicken” some customers looked. I said no, I ordered steak, chicken veggie bowl w green onions and avocado. She then gave me a dirty look and said. Well that’s going to be a $1 more! I said why even thought this was a simple mistake on your part? She rolled her eyes. Instead of making my order right, she just put steak on a separate cup and slide it on the counter with an attitude. I’m not to take my time and complain but damm if you hate your job that much why work there.

Tonight we ordered online, went to pick it up at 7:08p.m. walked in, the girl inside immediately said "we're closed" according to the website this location closes at 8p.m. but ok. After receiving our order and little more sass, drove home, opened it to only have meat rice and broccoli in both our meals, where's all the other veggies it usually comes with? We tried the jalapeños &carrots, but man they tasted so bad threw em away. Meat was fatty. Kinda bummed overall. The rice was good .
