Horrible customer service, the girl that was cashier in the morning on September 2nd 2023 never once smiled and once she came around to take my order she walks up and gives me a what do you want look. I came in smiled and said hello and proceeded to order brushing off the initial bad vibe. She didn't ask what type of rice I wanted or any of the typical Waba grill mantra that I am accustomed to as I eat Waba regularly. When she scooped up the white rice I asked If I could have brown rice, was met with another dirty look and body language she threw the rice back and scooped up the brown rice with the bowl. When I received my order I simply told her Thank you, and have a nice day. Was ignored, so I said thank you again and she finally muttered have a nice day. So much more I can say but this was the worst experience at a Waba grill I have ever had. Felt uncomfortable eating in the store. Food was ok but not hot, not fresh, and the avocado I added was super cold. Please focus on ensuring good customer service at your stores as this reflects badly on your otherwise great company. Thank you.
Service sucks ! Owner to cheap to run the AC for customers, not handicap friendly at all !!!! Never return here strongly suggest avoid ! flies inside store Pan handlers outside. this review is from the summer of 2022 Parking: few spots all full between Fred Loya ins. and 7/11 they have a charging spot for EV's
