The worst location I've been to. This location needs training in customer service. The place was like a funeral home. There was no hello when you came in. When they finally acknowledge you, they never give you their full attention. They keep coming and going while they are taking your order. There was no offer to up sell, no thank you, no offer for condiments. They didn't even give me my receipt until I asked for it. On top of all that, the food was mediocre. The food portion was like it came out of a soup kitchen! You'll get more rice considering it's called a beef bowl! One thing, I feel worse for the person ordering the next beef bowl! You will get the pieces the woman took from my bowl because it was over a certain weight! She threw it in a container next to the grill! Parking: There are spaces right by the restaurant. There are lots of additional spaces in the strip mall where the restaurant is located. It's very busy though, the parking lot, not the restaurant.
Came here for the chicken plate. Wasn’t disappointed so all is well.
The best shrimp and fish we ever had excellent service. Good customer service
The music they play is not aprópiate for the restaurant, I hate to bring my kids and they are exposed to that foul language and drug glorying music at a, “family friendly” place
Sat in line with only two cars in front of me for 15-20 mins.
I wanted to give this place yet another chance, but come on! I ordered a waba plate that was more chicken than meat, the orange was unripe, the meat was proportionate enough only to cover the rice, barely, and did not have a good taste! Management and the franchise owners are messing up big! Corporate needs to come and remind them how they need to serve. The ladies were nice and responsive, but hell don't subject them to dealing with these bad management demands. Do better.
Love the teriyaki sauce at this place it's the bomb
Doors wide open very cold
