Great places and service!!! Always super fast Parking: Very hard to find parking near the store

Restroom super filthy urine all over floor, no toilet paper. All tables duty only 3 customers no excuses.

Worst Customer Experience Ever!! Been coming to this location for a while now for lunch and I always get the same representative taking my order and constantly questioning my own order. Today was the final straw. The Hispanic female Patricia should not be allowed to take anyone’s order, no customer service skills what’s o ever and definitely not a people person. No need to laugh either when taking an order or trying to correct customer when we know what plate we are ordering. Still retuning back because good quality has always been great. You should be more aware on the customer service you offer at this location.

Tacos meat was not hot

I order from this place often. It’s the closest waba by my work. I ordered a salmon with no sauce on 8/30/23 at around 10:40 and got a salmon with a bunch of sauce. This isn’t the only time I order something and the order is wrong. The orders are usually 90% of the time wrong. They need to get it together. I love waba but hate having to order here. They’re very impatient. Horrible service. the food is good.On top of that I’ve called the store several times and they send you to an automatic call and can never go through to the store. That needs to be fixed.
