I was here for an event and the valet was amazing!

Undergoing renovation and hard to believe they have the audacity to charge full freight, let alone keep the lights on. No hot water in the morning. Bath bench in accessible bath was defective. Hammers and drills easily heard during massage. Valet went to fetch water and never returned. Thread-bare carpets. Hard hats running all over the place. Thankfully only a short stay, but will not be returning to this hotel.

I had an amazing experience in Austin, and especially with the Valet team at the hotel. My car was promptly and professionally taken care of by William. He was extremely friendly, and thoroughly explained to me how the facilities worked and walked me through the entire valet process for my vehicle, since it was my first time. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and definitely intend on coming back in the near future.

Under renovation when I stayed so that wasn’t ideal but it never interfered with the service. The room was beautiful and clean with gorgeous views. I actually needed maintenance to fix something in the room- they showed up promptly and corrected the situation easily. I would absolutely recommend

The services and restaraunt are amazing and is a primal location Rooms: Rooms are amazing with beautiful views of the river and Downtown Austin Walkability: Extremely Walkable area taxi's aren't needed but there is a parking garage as well
