I bought tickets for a show here that was ultimately canceled. They sent an email saying that refunds were being processed, and would take approximately 5 business days. It’s been a month now and I’ve yet to see any sort of refund. I reached out multiple times to the contact person that was listed on the confirmation email, and haven’t heard back. There are so many other, better places to see a show. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

Be careful spending your money here. I bought 4 premium low top table seats (4 months ahead of time for $170), and they gave my table away. They said I could get a refund while inside (as did an email earlier that night), but now they are saying a refund can't be given. I will update this review if they make it right. Edit: This was with Big Laugh Comedy specifically.

Dope spot

Any club willing to book Brendan Schaub in 2024 very clearly doesn’t take their business or “comedy” seriously in the slightest. Catch a show elsewhere with friendlier staff and better vibe.
