Not easy to find a parking

I love it. I want to try Rib next time. I try original Bun Bo Hue Add great beef marrow and Beef ball. Spicy saute and broth upgrade the whole flavor. Bún bò ngon. Nên order phần tủy bò ngọt ngào cốt thịt. Sa tế cay. Rau sống ok. Lần sau sẽ ăn cho được sườn bò cây.

Not as good as their sister location on Westminster and Newland. The meat and tendon are too hard and chewy. Table beside us commented the same but this location is non-receptive to customer feedback to boil it longer to make it softer plus bad attitude so never coming back to this location.

Since the 2nd location was closed. I came to the original location. While the food was still good, it lacked in flavor from the 2nd restaurant. I ordered the Original Bun Bo Hue. It was still delicious but I had to force myself to finish as much as I could, unlike the 2nd location where I finished everything without trying. I would still recommend this spot if their other location is closed.

Bad service and attitude. Look at how the "owner" replied to critical reviews. The broth was oily and barely any meat. There are better places out there.

I wanted to try the king of Bun Bo. First impression looking at the menu was impressive. They have three different style Bun bo hue from the different regions of Vietnamese which I have never seen that in any Vietnamese restaurant. I went with the Bun Bo Hue and the beef bone. Unfortunately I was disappointed when it arrived. The broth was not spicy and it lacked a lot of ingredients that goes into the soup. The beef bone was full of fat and was not cooked long enough. It was hard to chew. The “large” bowl was not large. As much as I wanted to give this place two thumbs up, I was not thoroughly impress.
