Huge disappointment with the food and the management. We have driven past this brewery several times and today decided to stop in on a beautiful Sat afternoon. Our party ordered three beers and the Beer Cheese Queso via the QR code on the table. The beers were just okay. I ordered the Apricot Blonde Ale which was way too strong on the apricot and really just not very tasty; the other two people in our party shared similar feedback about the beers they ordered. The crowning disappointment was the Queso which was the consistency of milk. I took it back to the kitchen and they said, "well, sometimes it comes out thick and sometimes more thin, but we can try to thicken it up for you." I expressed our disappointment , but with getting the equivalent of a shoulder shrug from the kitchen staff I returned to our table. Shortly thereafter, the bar manager came over to our table and apologized , reiterated what the kitchen staff said about inconsistency in the queso result, and offered to discount our bill. We expressed our appreciation, but when we went to checkout out online --some 10+ min later--no discount had been made. When we called this to the attention of the bar manager she told us she hadn't had time to make the adjustment. By this time, we were frustrated with the poor beer and food quality, and by the customer service that didn't seem interested in doing what they could to insure customer satisfaction and return visits, so we just checked out and left, never to return.
Food is delicious. Good selection of guest taps. The cocktails are premade and a little weak. Service is practically non-existent.
Excellent beer and damn good food!
The staff is a joke they clearly don't want to be there. I won't be back!
The Beer was actually really good! But when we went I ordered food, the kitchen was close, which is fine. But instead of refunding the food I order. They refunded the 5 dollar beer, having me still pay for the food I did not recieve. As well, the server offered chips and salsa as a replacement, but the chips were undercooked. Very dissapointed because I tried to like this place, but I do not ever plan on returning to this brewery.
We've gone to this brewing company twice. The first time was really nice. The staff (at the time) was courteous, the pizza was awesome & the drinks were good. The 2nd time was absolutely awful. The server was incredibly rude. We had to wait for 20 min watching her eat her pizza while ours was sitting right next to her. Not a big deal until she just decided to never check on us again, give dirty looks to the customers & stomp around like a spoiled child as well as overcharge our bill by $15. It's ok to have a bad day, but when you're out of control, it makes people uncomfortable. We won't be going back EVER. Dietary restrictions: The puzza crust is soy free.
We had a blast The voodoo flight was amazing.
Good beer, good food. Would be 5 star if they had a changing table and I didn’t have to change my baby on the high top in the middle of the bar.
The food was tremendously delicious. I ordered the Foodoo Burger with a side of beer mac, and also tasted the pork chili fries and nachos. All four items were to die for. Service was done through a QR code scan but regardless the waitress was pleasant and professional when she brought out the food (pretty quickly too). Atmosphere is great, love the murals and the doors on the ceiling.
Great beer, great food, but a lazy and unmotivated staff.
