Went during lunch hours on a weekday. Wasn't super busy. Service was fast. Got a small order of wings of their Crispy Fried Chicken (Soy Garlic). It came with a complimentary side of coleslaw or pickled radish. Came to a total of about $10-11. The sauce on the chicken was tasty - I only wish they added more! The texture of the batter was different from the usual Korean Fried Chicken I've had - it was a bit crispier (I didn't hate it). My only real complaint is the price, but then again, everywhere is getting expensive. Would recommend and will probably come again. 4 out of 5 wings.
One of my fav. Korean fried chicken places in Sacramento... My fav at the moment is Fried soy garlic combo. The add-on pickle radish bring the flaky, crispy and flavorful chicken to the next level. Will come back to try other flavors soon.
They got the order wrong, and took over half an hour for an order of the cheese buldak and the ricecake with sausage which instead they gave us just ricecakes that were old. Don’t go here.
One of my favorite places to eat in Rancho. Love their chicken.
Crispy Fried Garlic Chicken FTW! Try their Cheddar Fries and Honey Butter Fries too :)
I just had the best oven baked chicken of my life!! Yep, I said it. Oh my goodness gracious. It was juicy, super meaty and the flavor was perfection. Yes, it took a little longer than I expected but everything is made fresh and is definitely worth the wait for this quality! Let's get a little more accustomed to waiting for good quality food. I scarfed it down so there are no pics but I will definitely take some next time. I will also try some of the sides and different sauces. The fact that they got such a classic so right makes me think the rest will be just as delicious. Give them a try, you will be happy you did.
Overall conclusion: weak sauce. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but will have to do so here. We had two combo meals: one with crispy fried chicken and one with crispy yangnyum chicken. The food was average - I’ve had much better fried chicken than this. I found the chicken in my combo to be poor quality. There is no excuse for this as the restaurant is right next to the largest Korean market in Sacramento. Besides all this, it took over a half hour to get our food - 1 pm on a Monday. Sorry, but I won’t be back.
Honey butter chicken! 10/10
