ViVi Bubble Tea

Atmosphere was a bit hostile. I asked the woman for vanilla boba and she responded "banana?" I said no and she looked confused. I said vanilla again and same thing she was confused. I looked at the menu to order something else and her body language and facial expression seems annoyed. There was no one else waiting on line. I got the taro milk tea and brown sugar. The drink was very thin and watery. Also you can see from the pic there was little boba in the cup.

We really tired for waiting

I ordered a hot drink, they gave me a cold one with ice.. in the middle of the winter... Music in the store is too loud, can't even have a quiet conversation.

Ordered 3 corndogs and it was burnt, asked for curry and garlic popcorn chicken to not be too salty, but they were. To top it off, the popcorn chickens were small and mostly batter. Would recommend the one on 86st, they are much better.

Don’t buy popcorn chicken, it’s taste salty and nasty.

Ordered on seamless/Grubhub. Did not get my complete order meaning $13 worth of food was missing. ordered 3 orders of the Taiwanese Sausage (2 pcs) , 1 order of Taiwanese Sausage (1 pc), & 1 order of Popcorn Chicken (Basil). I only got 3 sausages when I ordered 7 like this really sucked. Got a refund but would've preferred the food because why else would I have ordered it? Called the store and tried to explain what had happened so they wouldn’t do this again. The girl didn't understand and told me her manager would call back but no call back yet. Overall, proceed with caution.

Overpriced to be honest

LOVE IT!!!

Clean, open concept store front, with delicious smell of bubble tea in the air. I love their popcorn chicken, it's popular with my American husband too, but yeah, price for food and bubble tea definitely went up these days. Polite staff, food is service pretty fast, no complains.
