Vivi Bubble Tea

I recently visited Vivi Bubble Tea, and it was an absolute delight! The variety of flavors was a refreshing change from the usual options you find at other tea shops. As someone who loves to explore new tastes, I was thrilled to see such unique offerings on their menu. Both my boyfriend and I were impressed with our drinks. The taste and quality exceeded our expectations, making it a memorable experience for both of us. The staff deserves a special mention – they were incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite being busy, they managed our orders with a smile and a speed that had us sipping our teas in less than five minutes! The seating area was another highlight. Spacious and impeccably clean, it offered a comfortable environment to enjoy our beverages. We appreciated how well-maintained the space was, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the convenience of ample parking right outside the shop was the cherry on top. It made our visit stress-free and all the more enjoyable. In summary, Vivi Bubble Tea stands out not just for its unique and delicious beverage options, but also for its exceptional service, inviting atmosphere, and convenience. It’s definitely a must-visit for any bubble tea enthusiast!

It's a pretty decent place to get some yummy . I think it's a *tad overpriced and and not that great to hang out in, but I don't mind getting something to go. Staff is also very hit or miss.

I recently visited Vivi’s Boba and although their quick service was a definite advantage, my overall experience was underwhelming. The drink I ordered turned out to be unexpectedly salty, which was not indicated on the menu, leaving me feeling misled. Furthermore, the shortage of tapioca pearls in my drink was disappointing, as they are a fundamental element of any boba tea. Lastly, the Taro flavor had an unusual, poorly blended consistency, resembling gritty pureed carrot with a thick, oily texture at the bottom, rather than the creamy taste I anticipated. Despite the efficient service, these issues detracted from the overall enjoyment of my visit, and I hope Vivis Boba can address these issues to enhance their customers' experience in the future.

Worst boba I ever had tbh, and the pictures on the menu are very falsely advertised to the actual drink you're given. $14 for two drinks and my boyfriend had to throw his away. They were both not sweet at all and mine was weirdly salty and some of the bobas were hard. Not going back, and it's sad because the inside is super cute and I was really excited.

I would have rated this a 5 star if it weren't for the service. The servers here are always in a bad mood. Did not smile or say thank you. The bobas are really soft and chewy and their fresh fruit drinks with aloe are the best.

Very cute place, spilled my drink on myself by accident, the staff were beyond nice and offered me a new one! Would visit again!

Been here only a couple times ever since it opened Drinks are always tastes pretty good and service has always been friendly $7 for a drink is typically but iam cheap, this is why I can't really justify having boba tea lol Parking is easy, huge parking lot...
