Neighborhood gem! This place is consistently delicious. Love the avocado toast, breakfast sandwich, and orange blossom za’atar croissants, and I always get a hot latte. Charming indoor and outdoor seating and friendly staff.
We ordered a hot cappuccino, but unfortunately, it was barely warm. Even after a short walk, it had already turned cold. Moreover, they made two cappuccinos at the same time, using only one can of milk, which is absolutely unacceptable. We were disappointed with the quality of the cappuccino.
What a great place for croissants and coffee. Amazing staff. Must visit!
I've missed Vive La Tarte since they left Howard St where I live right around the corner. I don't like the Noe Valley space as much but the breakfast sandwich, orange blossom zatar croissant, and turmeric latte are all still wonderful.
A nice place in the Castro for a quick and casual meal. We went for brunch, and got the “Breakfast Tacro” which is a breakfast taco, but the shell is a croissant shell. Very unique and tasteful but is only sold on the weekends. Also came with a nice sauce on the side. The only thing I would change would be less red onion. Some bites I found the onions overpowered the other tastes of the bacon, egg, avocado, etc. Regardless, I would go back to this place just for the tacro. The cold brew is also a solid choice. I will definitely be back for more tacro’s and to try a different type of coffee. Total for two tacro’s and one cold brew was about $40
