We picked this option, spur of the moment after attending a TV show taping at CBS Studios in Studio City and were pleased with the choice. Great service and good suggestions on what to order when we couldn't decide.
We found the food to be average for the price we had higher expectations. My wife’s fish was served over cooked and our waitress didn’t seem surprised. Their garlic bread was thin sliced rock hard French bread - it was a joke. The only great thing this place has going for it is their service staff.
Easy street parking. Service in back "speakeasy" was handled by one bartender/waiter who managed to handle 3 or 4 tables but she really should have had more help. The food was good better then before and drinks were well priced and not chintzy
The food was very very very disappointing for the price. $32 chicken Parmesan and the portions are small, pasta was dry and didn’t look fresh. The margarita pizza is paper thin. They aren’t kidding when they say extra thin. They don’t use whole basil leaves like authentic Italian pizzas and the Parmesan cheese looks like it’s the one from the plastic bottles. Pasta sauce felt like it was from a bottle. Overall nothing memorial about it and guests will probably better off going to Olive Garden. Yes, you read that right. The food taste better at Olive Garden and it’s cheaper too. The atmosphere is pretty good. Small restaurant with a good environment to talk.
