We love Gelato. Are we experts? I don’t know how much gelato you need to eat to be deemed one…but we have eaten enough to know if it’s amazing or not. Vitaly isn’t. We got 3 scoops. One scoop was the pineapple basil. We found out they didn’t use fresh Basil but dried Basil instead because we pulled sharp thin sticks of the dry Basil stems from our mouth, one that poked our finger. Ouch. The next flavor was a mascarpone and fig - sounds great but all you really taste is just sweetened milk and it’s otherwise flavorless. Third and last flavor was a black cherry that we had high hopes for but it was just so unpleasantly bitter, that for the first time perhaps in the history of our eating gelato, we didn’t continue eating any. For us to toss gelato out (unspeakable) speaks volumes to the quality and taste of Vitaly’s gelato.
Pretty good food, a little bit pricey.
Eliza was great. We had the trofie short pasta as well as the spaghetti. Highly recommended!
Great gelato & coffee drinks!
Yum, homemade pasta 😋 and the Gelato
Prices are bit high for what they serve. However the food was still very tasty and fresh. I had the salmon with capers sandwich and omg it was amazing! I also had the Burrata but like you can’t ever go wrong with burratta. It’s a nice place for lunch :)
Sorry no pictures, we were too eager to slurp the coffee, munch the cookies, and inhale the gelato. To let those goodies sit there while we check lighting, arrange angles and calibrate the camera phones is just insane. We bought it, we ate it, deal with it. The outdoor patio seating along the side of Vitaly exudes chill vibes so you can drink, chat, and eat. If you’re the indecisive type just order the Gelato fly, 5 mini cones with your choice of flavors!
Love the vibe and they actually speak Italian. We came for ice cream. We love that Mona Lisa painting. Remind us of Europe.
