Vitality Bowls San Ramon

The vitality bowls themselves are fine… but DO NOT ORDER SANDWICHES. No atmosphere. You’re expected to order through a computer yourself. Bread sucks. SUPER TINY for an un-toasted $9 avocado toast with premade avocado spread and a FLAT $13 panini. Not to mention they forgot the chicken on both. Dietary restrictions: No option on the computer to put “no cheese” and the gluten free toast is crazy small and not prepared well.

I don’t know what’s going on but hours for this store changing is said should open by 8am but they open sometime at 9:30 am or 10 am unfortunately they never opened on time

Need to hire people. Do not get lunch here if you have to go back to work

WAY BETTER customer service than last year. My bowl had all the ingredients and it was ready on time. (I know bare minimum) My bowl was a little melted but drastic improvement. Before it took almost an hour for ONE bowl with ingredients missing and employees were always leaving unannounced

I was a minute early and she was working on my order so I was surprised that it’s melted and a liquid mix. It needs a straw to eat it. I ordered the Nutty Bowl and it looks like a purple juice with 5 banana slices I found digging around in it. Update: it was an off day/morning when I got that sad bowl. I’ve ordered before and after this review and the bowls were as advertised. They were good.

My friends and I went to this location and we were unsatisfied. I ordered a vitality bowl and the açaí was very icy and clumpy, and the toppings were also very minimal. My friend ordered a wrap and the worker forgot to heat it up; after giving us the food, the worker asked if we had eaten it yet before taking it back and grilling it. The place was clean though and the atmosphere was nice.

9/26/23 - 9am, nobody present here to pickup my online order. Very annoyed.

I wish I could give a better review but I can’t. I loved the Nutty bowl this first time I tried it and all the other times it’s sucked. I always Pat for extra peanut butter and almost and never get that. & I shouldn’t have to check my to go order but I guess I’ll have to now. I just purchased 2 bowls with extra almonds and peanut butter and ably one had the extra peanut butter. Like is every employee not looking at the same recipe???? I’m so annoyed

I don't like writing bad reviews. It takes a lot for me to write anything negative about a business. But I feel compelled to write this one. They have three different sizes, with the container showing for each size. I choose the vitality bowl medium size. I got a bowl only filled to half. The acai was very watery and tasteless. They add some granola and FEW pieces of strawberries - mind you I was told, I had got extra pieces because they had run out of bananas.. Also the outside of the bowl was all sticky and messy By the way, it was not rush hours and I was the only customers. I am not going back. I would rather drive to Danville or Dublin.
