Vitality Bowls Grand Rapids

We were the only ones to order when we came in. Soon after we sat to wait, another person came in. Soon, her order was done and her name was called. I thought maybe ours was just a bit more work so hers was done before ours. Then the next order came up. I finally walked up to the counter and there was a bag sitting there. I asked the gal if it was my order and why I wasn't called. She said they did. If they did call, they didn't wait to acknowledge the person called like the others. They actually handed to them there order. I've always enjoyed the food here. It's good! Just need to step up the customer service part.

I’m sorry but the green bowl is not worth $15, it’s basically just rice and mixed greens with cheese and a dressing. For there being no significant protein source, that’s just overpriced in my opinion. However, my juice was delicious and I thought it was priced fairly. The service was great, the girl helping was super helpful in helping me make a decision.

I have had good experiences at this place but after this last one I won’t recommend them to anyone. My friend and I ordered at 5:26 and we didn’t get our bowls till 6 and that is only because we went up and reminded them we hadn’t gotten them. After we had reminded them, a girl was standing at the counter ready to order for 20 ish minutes but nobody was leaving the back to come help her. Once someone came out to lock up for closing, they told her she couldn’t order cause it was closing time. The girl left because they said they close at 6 but she had been standing there for 20 minutes but the girls weren’t coming out to help. Then before even asking her if she needed help, one of the girls came out to go on her phone then proceeded to go back to talk more. Very disappointed

Food we ordered was good. Place is clean well maintained. My feelings are , it is catering to a very select crowd, that want what they consider healthy food don't look at prices. The bill for two was similar to a nice sit down restaurant with a waitress that insures everything is satisfactory. But here you order at counter, either on computer or by a person standing there , then go sit down after you get your own water, and wait for your food to come out on tray. No other interaction with staff. But they do ask for a tip when you paid up front. Not my kind of restaurant, but I guess it has its place for now.

23 Nov 2023- This Grand Rapids location has gone downhill after my most recent visits, apparently under new management. Total atmosphere change. Food preparation is slow and often incomplete, employees seem uninterested in being there and it shows in their attitude towards customers. I used to enjoy coming here but no longerI Shame on you Vitality bowl.

Kinda bummed paid $30 for a salad and smoothie didn’t even get the dressing the counter girl recommended me.

Says it is open until 8:00… was closed. I’ll try somewhere else next time

We stopped In since we found ourselves near here and we needed a meal. The food was very good. I had a panini that was very tasty, Janine had a bowl of some sort. We both thought the food was well prepared. It seemed to me that the prices were a little steep for what we got. Otherwise, we enjoyed our meal.
