Work right next door and this is my go-to if I forget my lunch or am in a time crunch between patients! The teenagers working here are so accommodating, called today around 10:40ish asking if they could bring my smoothie (that I placed for pick up) over to my work and they did! You guys always go above and beyond, you definitely have a great team! Thanks Vitality Bowls!!

Not the best, not the worst. Extremely expensive for ONE piece of avacodo toast. Most places give two pieces minimum. Taste was okay, very mushy/soft and not toasted long enough. I would try again, but not for a while. The enviroment was at least nice.

This last Sunday was my first time in and then I came back yesterday evening to see if it really was as great as I thought. Which it most definitely is, the bowls are a little small for the price, however, they are fresh and the topping have not had a sour flavor yet, unlike most other places which is why it was so hard to find a good spot up until now. The parking lot is a little whack but it could be worse, the only complaint I have is the steak for the wraps and how weird it tasted.

Food is amazing! Atmosphere? It's more of a take out. Atmosphere is "cold" and dark. Service us quick and friendly! Yes I would eat here again!

I recommend for the avocado toast, you give two slices , rather than one. Most of the restaurants in town, give two or even three slices and charge the same. But overall, our party enjoyed the atmosphere.

1st time here and smoothie very good.

One of my go to lunch places!

Steak and chimichurri is delicious, just needs more chimichurri sauce.
