Had a reservation at 12 pm (right when they open) but my father was rushed to the ambulance an hour before the reservation. Called to cancel with reason why, and vinum wanted to charge my family $80($10 pp) initially after hearing the reason…then went out of their way to call back and ask for hospital documents for proof. I absolutely get cancelation charges for last minute, but for a medical emergency? Very tacky and distasteful for a place on Staten Island. Read the room and have some decency for people. Won’t give them a shot I bet their food was mid to begin with.

Top tier service from ownership and all employees. Some of the best food I’ve had throughout New York. If you want great hospitality with excellent food Vinum is the place to be. The head chef Massimo not only made this experience one of a kind but made sure all food was made with love.

The food and the ambiance was a one of a kind experience. I highly recommend. Friendly staff, amazing food, and great vibes. Will definitely be visiting again!

What a lovely atmosphere and fantastic customer service & the food is out of this world! This is a great spot for a first date or for a regular night out. The owner is very personable and you can clearly see they want to make sure every customer leaves satisfied. Definitely recommend this spot!

Celebrated my husband’s birthday with a group. From the moment we inquired about having a dinner for 13, the service was spectacular and didn’t stop! Deya and her team are phenomenal. They customized our menus, were conscientious of our son’s food allergies, and ensured every guest was tended to. If the service isn’t the enough the food is the best. We each had a different entree, each delicious, as were the drinks! If you haven’t been to Vinum, not sure what you’re waiting for. We will be back! Thank you to the entire Vinum Family for a great birthday celebration.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this time I had to. Vinum is one of my favorite restaurants (and I eat out a lot). The atmosphere, staff and menu is the best on Staten Island. I feel like I’m in Manhattan without the crazy prices. I don’t know how everyone on Staten Island doesn’t flood this place. The duck ragu is to die for and the gnocchi… mmmm yum! The puttanesca is my all time favorite! Come here! Dietary restrictions: Always accommodate my dietary needs and my picky boyfriend!

Absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere is so quaint. So romantic! The owners and staff are incredible. The food is delicious! I love the crostini truffle ricotta, the cheese and meat boards, everything is so food. Authentic Italian food. Would definitely recommend this place!!! Also Don cheech their other restaurant
