The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic margherita to exotic BBQ chicken, and everything in between. As I entered inviting aroma of freshly baked pizza, and I knew I was in for a treat. The first bite was sheer bliss—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and the perfect amount of toppings.
This was a really great surprise. I am new to the area, and we tried Vino's pizza. The service was amazing. They had one of my favorite wines on hand, and the food was terrific. I am a bit of a pizza snob, but this was a great surprise. The atmosphere was quiet, and we had a group, so it was nice to be able to hear each other without screaming over loud music or a television. Although they did have a tv, it was well managed. Again, the service was very attentive, and they had vegitarian offerings as well. Their blue cheese dressing was phenominal, and I am not a huge blue cheese fan. So, I converted over at Vino's. Their chicken Garlic pizza, with a white sauce was nothing short of amazing!
If you have celiac or are gluten intolerant there are 2 gluten free options for crusts. They both start at 9". I had the margarita with plenty of cheese, and fresh basil. Pizzas are made and baked from scratch so it takes a bit long but worth the wait. The menu has many other options too including vegetarian and calzones.
Meat pizza, salad and drinks were just what we needed and it was delicious.
This is an edited review! Since my last review, a lot has changed at this location, and I'm happy to say it's for the better. The pizza is of much higher quality. The service leaves a little to be desired, but they've never been rude. I've gotten a variety of pizzas from this location and they have all been wonderful. The ingredients feel really high quality. The only downside to that is that it can be a little pricey.
