Good food, good drinks, poor service. It's not that the service is unfriendly/ poor execution, just HIGHLY unattentive. My water glass was somehow filled, but I was never asked for orders. Live music was great and the happy hour specials are delicious!

Welcome to what an $85 meal per person gets you for Valentines Day. The first picture is of my plate, vs. what came to the table for Valentines Day for my wife and I to share. Even needed to share a single bowl of soup. This place is waaaaay stingy.... I am outraged at this! We, as customers should be outraged to accept this. The Mgr came over to try and justify this, but common sense comes into play. I already advised them of their portion size. And the noise level felt I was in a baseball park! OMG. What a wonderful Valentines Day I had. Booooo. Unfortunately, it was our first and last visit to this place. I cannot recommend this place, even though I was excited to visit. Maybe just order off the menu vs. their special during a special occasion would have set the expectations better.

Very attentive server. Food was upscale and tasty. My medium rare filet mignon was perfect.

Beautiful place whoever cooked my food today should be fired. Cant cook a steak if his life depended on it. Will never come back due to useless chef. Steak look like had meat glue and I was told this was medium twice. I’m at McDonald’s now cause this place ruined my appetite

Bolognese was some of the best I've ever had. Cheese plate was awesome and the drinks were also yummy. We loved our dinner!

They NEVER miss! From the first time I've come, the standard and quality of food, service, ambiance, music, and service (had to say it twice!) has always remained the same: SUPERB and IMPECCABLE! All-time favorite place overall and especially for Happy Hour and live music! Impressed and enamored

I really like this place and I have been coming here for the past 5 years, but I feel really feel like they are going downhill and will be out of business soon. I started going here in 2019 and absolutely love the vibe, the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I used to have a go-to waiter named Kevin who was absolutely awesome. About a year or so ago, my friend and I came in and Kevin told us that they were stopping their Sunday brunch and that it wasn't profitable anymore so they stopped it. We were disappointed but we understood. Then, a lot of other changes started to take place. They used to have live music most nights, then they started to have music every so often. That place used to be packed on Fridays and Saturday nights, and now it's a hit or miss. Certain menu items wouldn't be available off their menu for like three or four weeks in a row. I finally asked if they just don't serve it, why is it on the menu? They told me to come in on certain days for certain items and they were still out of stock. They eventually changed their menu around. Came here for New Year's Eve 2024 and it was popping, just like it used to be years ago. They usually were open till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning, but I came in here this past weekend at 11:00 PM and the gentleman who was the bartender said that they were closed.....that he could make us a shot or two, but that was it. I asked when they started to close early and he rudely said, "Weeks ago." He's been working there for like 7-8 months and he is one of the slowest bartenders I've ever encountered......Every time I come in you have to wait a really long time for drinks dealing with him......I saw a former waiter who was just there on NYE working at another restaurant like 3 weeks later and they said they left because new management didn't know what they were doing and unfortunately it seems like some of the changes they implemented aren't working. Also, whoever is doing their email marketing needs to make sure they are giving those on their email list enough time to make their events. I got an email that they were having an event for golfers a few weeks back. Whoever sent the email literally sent it 2 hours before the event, and there was no email sent days or weeks in advance for the event. I hope they're able to get it together, this used to be a really great spot.

I hosted an intimate gathering to celebrate my wedding at Vines Bar and Grill. I highly recommend their private dining experience. Luis was very accommodating with all my request during the planning process. The staff and service was 10/10 as well as the food. Highly recommmend!

Very average food for the price. They took my steak back because it was overdone and the second one was also overdone. They said it was because it was a thin cut of meat. I ordered the chef’s special which was a surf and turf. My husband’s sea bass was also overcooked. We ordered a side of mushrooms which didn’t have any flavor. Just a fragrance to it that was kind of floral. Service was slow but the staff were all very friendly. Maybe we just had the wrong dishes.

We loved Vines! Great food and the customer service was amazing. If you’re a cigar smoker, they have a small humidor and smoke lounge patio. We will be back!
