Reasonably priced food that's tasty. My last visit was a cheese enchilada combo with rice and beans. Hearty portions.
The worst i have tasted..frozen meatballs and frozen vegetables ...they dont take the time to make the food tasty it had noooo flavor ...the burrito looked like a tacoo 80% tortilla ..the only good thing was the quesadilla it was really good other then that ..the meatballs not good the burrito noooot goood ...will never buy from here ever again..Verry disapointed..noooo flavor ....
Located inside the Grossmont Mall food court. On this particular day, all three vegan eateries were closed that I wanted to try. So we went for Mexican at Villas. My boyfriend likes regular ground beef tacos and surprisingly not many places offer that except for like, Taco Bell. Meanwhile, I love flautas and very few places offer that. I alway joked, only authentic places offer flautas. Well, Villas made us both happy when they offer both! Got chicken flautas and it came with 2 giant roll size. Topped with cheese and sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole on the side. The outer shell was deep fried to perfect that’s crispy and crunchy with every bite. The ground beef tacos came with 2 loaded tacos in a hard shell with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes with a side of beans and rice. We also got one fish taco and the batter and seasoning was very flavorful. I was very impressed with this small mall eatery, it was more than a fast food joint. They took their time with our order and felt legit. They also have taco Tuesday for $1.49 each! Potato roll tacos, surf and turf burrito, and variety of other dishes.
I had a breakfast burrito the food was okay. What I would like to point out is that they have a $1.50 service charge if you use either a debit card or a credit card. Since they don't tell people about it ahead of time I didn't have the option to pay in cash. I think businesses should be required to post this. When you're buying a $5 item a $1.50 seems excessive
Isn’t pretty from transport but the tacos were very good.
The best mexican food on this planet and i love this place.
My first time here as we were strolling through the Grossmont Center. Glad we chose this spot! We ordered: 1. Breakfast Ham & Cheese Burrito: tortilla was soft and fresh. The ham and cheese ratio was perfect and will definitely order again! 2. Surf & Turf burrito: the shrimp was plump and juicy, they definitely do not skimp on the meats. Comes with rice, which was flavorful and delicious. 3. Chicken large flautas: LARGE and chicken was shredded and seasoned, piping hot and fresh, comes with different toppings, fresh lettuce, salsa and more! They sell horchata, Jamaica, orange bang as well, and they have a good selection of salsas. The owner was super friendly; it's always great to see the owner working in his own establishment. Love supporting locally owned shops. Dining room seating is open and available, with social distancing, of course.
First of all how are you going to serve delivery soup and make it so HARD to eat. I had a whole potatoe uncooked, a whole zucchini I couldn't cut through, and big carrots which were the only things I could eat/cut. I live with roommates and dont want to cook so I rely on door dash for those random things I crave. I got albondigas......tasted like frozen meatballs not a lick of rice on them. Barely tasted good. I dont like to leave reviews unless they are good but this was some irregular soup. I'm sitting here with some soggy tortillas, tasteless soup, big veggies I have put on a plate and cut up......disappointed
Great fast food Mexican. Inside Grossmont Center food court.
