Beautiful ambiance and art here. That’s probably the best thing about it. Gratuity is included so the staff doesn’t care to be very warm or attentive unless they are trying to upsell something. My $12 “peppered bacon” was unfortunately microwave zapped and inedible. I didn’t expect the best breakfast of my life but for the prices, to walk away having eaten the food would have been nice.

My email to manager who has not responded. Therefore have gone public with this!: Good afternoon Mr Jiang My husband and I had breakfast in the Gold Room on the date above (18 Dec 2023). I feel compelled to give you some feedback. Firstly, it took a while to be seated. We were left standing without the hostess communicating to us what was happening, despite having made the booking weeks ago. I had to ask 3 times for apple juice. When it eventually arrived, it certainly was nothing special. For that price I’d have expected it to not be from concentrate. We waited for approx 15 minutes until we got coffee. There was no butter with the toast. That eventually turned up at the end of eating. My husband ate his toast dry with no butter. Our waiter/server was brusque and distracted. Therefore inattentive and showed no warmth in manner. At that price point breakfast needs to be exceptional and it was nowhere near that! Unremarkable and hugely disappointing. When you set prices like you have, clientele have an expectation of exceptional service and food but instead you delivered decidedly average food and frankly poor service.

Service here leaves much to be desired. After being seated, our server asked us for any drinks to which I myself replied with a polite refusal. I said i didn’t want any drinks and yet I was asked if i wanted any drinks 4 times after that! Server asked me if i wanted any coffee to which i refused again. And still, our server poured me coffee which I never ordered. It makes me feel like server doesn’t even listen or care. Food is not exceptional or special, regular breakfasts and foods. They do look nice but for the price the restaurant could do much better in terms of service and food.

It's a beautiful restaurant to have breakfast in. Kid-friendliness: It has a section for kids to order from on the menu.
