Village Whiskey

Excellent whiskey selection, but that’s about it. Decided to try some other cocktails on the menu, but both were watered down and incredibly bland. The burger clearly hadn’t been able to rest before it was served, so we received a soggy, bloody (bland) mess. The breakfast sandwich was equally tasteless and the presentation was sloppy. Had to ask for condiments multiple times. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone for food or cocktails— but would most likely still suggest it to anyone looking to go somewhere for whiskey pours.

Met friends for drinks and appetizers prior to a comedy club show at Helium. The location was good for that. The drinks were very good, and so was the vanilla milkshake with bourbon. We had the popcorn shrimp, dry and overcooked, and the fried pickles, better but nothing noteworthy. Prices are consistent with other restaurants in the area, so on the higher side. There is no real value for a return visit.
