Village Pizza & Cafe

Pizza was delicious, toppings were all the way to the crust. However I ordered the village fries and they were very spicy. It was not the marinara sauce but whatever they seasoned the fries with. No where in the description did it say that the fries were spicy. Other than that everything was made to order.

I order a pizza under (the old management I guess) they offered to replace my pizza. I just called in to get that pizza as promised and a young girl answered stating there is new management that and they cannot honor that. I said well why weren’t people called to be informed of this considering they would be coming in again as well. She was very short and not helpful at all. She said some people had been called (why only some?) I asked if I could speak to someone higher up, like the new owners because this is not right. She says “well I’m actually the new owners daughter, so that’s me” she was acting immature about the whole situation. So me being left with no option I told her “what’s your name? I’m going to have to call the better business buero, because when 2 companies merge there needs to be some type of transitional coordination for customers loose ends like these. As I’m explaining she cuts me off and says wait you gonna call who? With attitude. I tried to re-explain what I just explained (since she was talking to someone in the background during my response) she cuts me off saying my why are you going to call them? I said I’m trying to explain if you would stop cutting me off. Started to explain why again and she hung up on me as soon as I asked for her name. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Especially if they are just taking over this company. With an immature child working the phones and providing extremely horrible customer service, they won’t last long. Wow. Thanks JASMINE.I had to call back to get her name after she hung up on me for trying to explain calmly what she asked. Go get a job you enjoy because you clearly don’t know how to talk to people and sound very irritable. Meditate or something. That was just uncalled for. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Terrible, walked in and asked for a slice of pizza and a small garlic fry. The cashier repeated the order back to me exactly as I said it. I received my slice of pepperoni pizza and a box of regular fries. I asked the guy if they were garlic fries he said no they're regular and that I ordered just fries (after he had literally repeated the words garlic fries back to me) he took them back and added some garlic POWDER to them not even actual garlic like is shown in the pictures. The pizza topping taste like lunchables and the crust was stail and hard to bite through, the parmesan cheese packets I got were expired and orange. Would have rather gone to little Caesars as far as quality and taste goes. Will never go back and 0/10 do NOT recommend

Ordered through Uber eats. Got the appetizer sampler, the mozzarella sticks, and their pepperoni/salami calzone. The sampler and mozzarella sticks were very ordinary frozen stuff and a bit cold. The calzone would have been fine except the marinara sauce was very bad, it tasted like how floor cleaner smells. I stopped eating it after a few bites because I almost thought it might be old or something. Wouldn’t recommend

This place is okay. Open later than some other pizza places. Run by a couple of nice guys. The pizza is decent but super thin crust and skimpy on the toppings. Not worth the price they charge

This was my first experience here. I've driven by thousands of times but never stopped. My husband has been ranting about the ordering just a piece of pizza. The piece is huge, not your average size for sure. You can customize your own piece to your liking. It was okay for the price. A little crackery for my taste buds. Definitely recommend for a quick, cheap, bite.
