Had one of the best breakfast in a long time

Classic local diner! Loved meeting the owner, Julia, and learning about the history of this great spot. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was homey. The patio out back is lovely too.

Home cooked comfort food, everyone knows everyone. The owner and the regulars are so friendly. After 2 visit we are now family. Highly recommended.

I hadn't been to see Julie in a while. Just left (1/13/24). I forgot how warm and welcoming she it. Highly recommend!

A nice neighborhood breakfast place. I wanted something homey and this fit the bill. We were greeted at the door and they arranged a table for 5. We requested coffee and after a little while, we ordered food. We ordered an eggs benedict, eggs with ham and bread, blueberry pancakes and corned beef hash with eggs, with side of hashbrowns. We all liked the hash browns, it was crispy. The other food was fine and we filled up. Service was nice and they checked when we needed coffee refills.

This is my favorite place in Los Altos. Always the best service and food. The owner, Julie is THE BEST!!

I love it here! Julie has been serving us 20+ years of chocolate chip pancakes. Somehow they keep getting better. This place is delicious, cozy, authentic and maybe the best diner in the bay. Great for breakfast and lunch. Bring your friends, kids and acquaintances. I can’t wait to come back and hope this place becomes a institution for your family like it has for mine!
