Village Inn

I took my elderly mom here for a late breakfast. I had the Eggs Benedict and my mom had scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast. The eggs on the English muffin were properly cooked, and the hollandaise was tasty. The hash browns were a bit anemic and soggy. My mom enjoyed her meal. The eggs were nicely cooked as were the sausage links. The service was good for a Sunday. The restaurant was in good repair and well-appointed.

My Fiancé just brought me home some avgolemono soup which is made fresh daily. It was a nice surprise this morning. The soup was delicious, rich and perfectly lemony just like I prefer. It was the perfect taste of home to remind me of my Yiayia and start my day. I can’t wait to stop in for a sit down meal!

Today is 3-10-24. Dylan, our server, was THE BEST server I've ever come across! He was knowledgeable about the menu, options, and how things are prepared. He was kind, respectful, and fast! He got our orders right, checked on us regularly, asked if everything was OK, if we needed anything, etc. He was everything a great server should be, and get this- he has only been a server for a few months! Wow! This kind of top notch work ethic will get him far! Great job, Dylan! You made a great breakfast AMAZING!!!!

Wonderful breakfast and service. Our server, Beth, was friendly, efficient and courteous! We'll be back for sure! Thank you.

Best lemon Supreme pie ever!

Michael was our waiter, did a great job, then checked us out with a nice conversation and then chased us down in the street as we had left without my husband's phone! He is training to be a supervisor. It is clear that he already has the skills and will excel! Thanks from the couple from Iowa!
