Sad to see it go. This place was my late mom's favorite even 50 years ago. I wish them the best at their newer establishment, Tamiami Tavern in Punta Gorda

The bathroom sucked. Doesn't the owner care to make sure customers and employees have a clean and sanitary place to do their business and wash their hands?

We REALLY love the Village Fish Market & Restaurant and we are SO SAD to hear that it's closing!! What a bummer. It's a favorite of ours!! We are there two days ago and had the most wonderful meal, view and waitress. Thank you, Village Fish Market & Restaurant!!

So sad they're closing this place. Unfortunately the rent skyrocketed. Great food and attentive staff. The Tamiami location will continue as usual.
