Terrible food. Security staff rude and violent. Needs to be shut down

Well.... as its good Friday I thought whilst at work in Manchester we will get chippy.....well sorry...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! .. ORDER WAS WRONG. PEAS COLD... N BATTER WAS SOGGY!!!!!.. AND THE PRICE WAS EXTORTIONATE @!!!!.. AND GIRLS FORGET TO PUT SALT N VINEGAR ON ! .. FFS !!! ..

Very nice food but felt uneasy with an accusation. A bloke tried to take a bag of food that wasn't his and I was stood where it happened, I didn't do anything other than check the food was placed properly on the counter after it was returned by another customer and I remained in the same spot yet I was accused of trying to take it too. I get you have to be cautious but why would I still be stood in the shop if I was going to take the bloody bag? Was left feeling embarrassed as there were several people in the shop and didn't know how to react.

Person said its closed as they close in 5 minds and the member of staff said ."eeewww fat cow", Incrediclbly rude and judgemental. I went back to speak to a member of staff about the incident as this place is seen as a safe space and they confirmed that they had said eeeeeewww to my girlfriend for absolutely no reason as they did not say anything to the member of staff (i did). The member of staff waa the supervisor who also did not apologise for the comment the made towards my girlfriend when she was not even in the room

Chips OK but fish undercooked and pink. Very poor. Hopefully just a one off. Curry sauce nice
