My favorite place to grab a beer while I wait for one of their epic specialty pizzas. Great staff, great food, and great beer, all around a fantastic place.

Only downside is that it’s closed on Sundays. Fantastic pizza and also other delicious baked goods.

Viking is 100% the best pizza place in Spring Hill or anywhere nearby. The food is amazing, and for a vegetarian, there are enough options to keep me happy. The staff are great and provide excellent service each time we order/visit. Vegetarian options: Viking has options for both vegetarians and vegans. It's probably the best pizza place with vegetarian/vegan options I've ever seen. Dietary restrictions: Viking has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

Great pizza, very friendly staff, good environment. They also have a nice covered patio.
