Just reviewed my receipt from Sunday and noticed a 2.5% “Back of House” service charge. And a 2% credit card surcharge. Food is OK (burger was soggy) but owners are clearly greedy. Pay your staff out of your end and pay the cost of doing business out of your end. Either that or raise your prices, but don’t sneak in charges on the back end. I won’t be coming back.

Server was great. The manager on the other hand, oh brother. Very big ego for someone I had to look down to speak to. I’m not sure if his lack of height caused an internal rage that got released on us or if his wife left him for someone taller and he was having a bad day. Ruined my Sunday funday brunch :(
MANAGER/GM ruined the whole experience for us. Came out for friends 21st birthday, he refused to accept BOTH government IDs she had because we are out of state. Server was wonderful, though!
Our server was great. The food came out quickly. The manager was the issue. We asked to speak to him and he didn’t come out for 20 minutes. When he approached our table, he was rude and hostile off the bat. We tried to be kind and reason with him but the more we talked with him, the more riled up he got and began to raise his voice. We were simply asking him of a policy that they had and wanted to have a civil conversation. He made our experience here very uncomfortable and not enjoyable. I feel sorry for those who work under him because if he can treat customers like this, I bet he treats his employees even worse. I hope his attitude issues gets resolved.
Server was great. Manger was very unprofessional and rude. He needs to be fired. Little guy on a power trip. I feel bad for the other employees.
