Walked out when I saw that a 18% service charge was added on top and was not a gratuity. Just price the food appropriately.
Lovely little spot that was almost too easy to overlook. I'm glad we didn't! The food was rich yet subtle, with the favorite being the fish in a clay pot. The decor is minimal yet artistic. Excellent sake selection. We got four tapas plates, three glasses of sake and it came out to around $130.
Delicious food and unique flavors in a beautiful space!
Cozy, inviting, warm atmosphere. Phenomenal food, hits just the right notes of comfort and culinary. This is a neighborhood gem, worth a drive, meet-up with friends, and bring special guests, all in one. Vegetarian options: Great gourd and tofu stir-fry tapas dish; was a first for me and so delish! Dietary restrictions: Varied menu with options.
We ate here for the first time tonight and thought the food was exceptional. In fact, we managed to wolf down the first two dishes before I got a chance to take pictures. In case you were wondering those dishes were: the Vietnamese salad with shitake and tofu. Shredded cabbage and vegetables along with shitake and some lightly fried tofu- dressing seemed to be a warm vinaigrette that greatly enhanced the flavor. The taro crispy spring rolls were also amazing, accompanied by fish sauce and mint, carrot and jicama condiments. For the picture I did take, that’s what we came here for. Turmeric Fish in clay pot did not disappoint- rice was fluffy on the top layer and crunchy on the bottom layer- so good! The whole meal was less than $70.
Lovely building. The food was fantastic. Quality service and suggestions. Definitely go
Beautiful building and interior with amazing food and service. A must go!
Very comfortable atmosphere, great food, and lovely staff.
Really great. It's Eagle Rock, so they do close a little early.
