I need to know what do it take make reservation for 19 people I tried calling leaving my phone number they sent me a link to filled out since the party so large. No respond

XiXi & Paola was the best bartender’s/waiters ever. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was delicious. The entire staff was a pleasure. I’ve been to the place man times and will continue to visit.

Love the pollo su creama. Worst service out of all the Vidorra’s and a lot of restaurants. 1. Pollo su creama has two chicken thighs included. We waited quite some time for one chicken thigh and barely any rice. We ordered extra rice and the portions were much smaller than usual. 2. We ordered drinks while waiting for food. The drinks came out very fast. Asked for chips the bartender told us she would get some and when we asked again she told us i will and when asked again she said “sorry I can’t”. If you find out you ran out because it is closed why not tell the customers? Until we called it out? 3. 20% automatic gratuity for what? waiting for no chips? missing chicken? getting overcharged? Went up to the manager to complain about the missing chicken. Not the most pleasant interaction. Please have some conscience.

We were upstairs and the view was great of the city, however, the DJ's music was a bit too loud to hold a conversation at the table. Parking is not convenient.
