Awful horrible customer service and food was not good. Waitress said they are not gonna charge Tea and it is service clearly. Then when I tried to pay the bill, they started charging Tea and changed the word and lying to us. Then Staff forced me to pay tip 18 %-20 % and she aggressively yelled at me(customer) MUST pay that percentage tip!! What a bad customer service. And I don't understand why all staffs assume all Asians are Chinese!! Staffs they talked me in Chinese even I am not a Chinese! It was so rude staffs kept talking to me in Chinese even I don't understand Chinese at all. Here is Canada, it is not China. Don't assume all Asians from China. Speak and Communicate in Enlgish !!! I told the staff the customer service and food were not good so I don't wanna pay that much tip. And then staff (seems like owner or manager) Started giving me dirty look because I didn't give her lots of tip. It was the worst restaurant so far in my life and experience.

Food was better than expected with a 3.6 rating we were a little skeptical but decided to give it a go. Turned out to be a hidden gem for dim sum. Food was excellent and ambience was very spacious and airy. Only downside was staff was not as attentive as other dim sum restaurants but not a big deal. Recommend you try this place!

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON"T WANT TO GET SICK!!!! The family of rats seen at the park just across the street from the restaurant as reported on CTV news - they have made their way to this restaurant.

Came to this restaurant and waiter gave a menu with different prices , as was online. Asked about another menu , and she brought different menu with cheaper prices . What it was??? Restaurant was almost empty, but Waited for main dish 45 minutes. Soup and tea was nice, for this 2 stars

Been coming here since i was young and imo their dimsum>> dinner. Some fave dimsum dishes are: - the fried taro ball - fried shrimp dumplings w mayo - bbq chong fun - fried steamedbuns The rest like the siu mai, spring roll, har gow were mid. Cannot really recommend the claypot rice as the bottom was not crispy. Thejr interior is def abit dated. No issues w service except the fact that the ‘free’ dessert for long time customers aren’t really free since the waitresses expect a huge tip. Heard of a previous incident where supposedly the waitress had entered a ridiculously high tip for a relative. Could be speculations but good thing we checked . My wife and I came here for a quick lunch. The food was pretty good, service was efficient, and bathrooms clean. The meat on both pork and beef dishes were tender and not too salty, and their vegetables were fresh. Please note that their house tea is served regardless of what you ordered and comes with a separate (small) charge.
