Vicky Bakery

This honestly is sad.... The Vicky Bakery brand hasn't been the same and this location is a prime example as to why. People waiting over an hour for a cup of coffee. It's the lack of management and ownership. Employees don't care if 1 or 100 people are serviced. UPDATE… Three years later same results but this time we could add cleanliness to the list of epic failures.

Cheese croquetas is our favorite!

Never in my life had I visited a place (restaurant) where such an inefficient and rude person could work, nor will I be very extensive, I will only tell you not to visit this place, do not waste your time, and another thing and it is for The young woman who helped me stops chewing gum with her mouth open, that is very bad manners. This happened today 12-15-2023, before 7 am

Always love the cheese croquetas!

I love the pastries from Vicky's Bakery.... it's a tradition... I have to get 2 Meat, 1 Cheese, and 1 Guava or it ain't right lol (Cafe con Leche is a plus or their fresh squeeze Orange Juice)! Thanks VB!

Last time I will visit this place. Stale pastry, the place was dirty. The screen where credit card users swiped was all full of greasy prints. Disgusting. How hard is it to wipe a glass screen every once in a while? An older gentleman was given the screen and told to "tip". Well, he did not speak english and asked what it was. The young woman just tapped on the highest tip and told him not to worry she did it for him. Poor man was oblivious to what she did. Then another older woman paid in cash and a second young worker grabbed the money and shouted "thank you, have a nice day" and walked away. The woman stood there waiting for her change until she finally yelled out loud, "don't you people give customers their change?" Thats when the young worker came back and her and another woman dealt with the change (but not before looking at the customer, then at each other, and smirking). How rude!! Consumer beware!! Vicky Bakery has gone down the figurative toilet. Antonio and Gelasia's dream has become a nightmare. The only Vicky that is somewhat decent is the one down on Lejeune near Okeechobee.

Bad experience and very inefficient service. It took 20 min to walk out with my order. They also had to charge me twice because they forgot to include items in my first order. To make matters worse they forgot to include a sandwich in my order which I only realized when I got home.
