The food was bland, unseasoned and below average. We ordered a margherita pizza, Tuscan fries, steak sandwich with Caesar salad and carbonara pasta. The pizza came with almost no cheese and the crust was soggy. The steak on the sandwich was unseasoned and had no flavour and the Caesar salad was dry and also flavourless. The fries were lukewarm and not crisp and the carbonara was probably not something most people would consider carbonara. Overall it was a very disappointing meal and a waste of money, I would not give this place another chance.
While the food tastes good, the consistently meh service does not make up for it. Tell me how it's normal that the cashier picks up a phone to take call in order while taking my order at the register. As a result my order was made with a different pasta than I requested.
Decided to check this place out before grocery shopping. First impressions are clean and contemporary. Interesting setup in that you go up to the counter to order cafeteria-style, and then they bring your food to your table; food that may not be authentic, but that doesn't stop it from being pretty delicious! All in all, it's a cute little establishment to stop by for a quick bite at a decent price, especially for lunch on the weekdays!
Always consistently good food and service.
Via Cibo is my top choice for Italian take-out in the area. The service is lightning-fast, ensuring I'm never waiting long for my meal. The food itself is simply delicious—authentic flavors that never disappoint. It's become my go-to take out spot whenever I'm craving Italian cuisine. Highly recommended!
