Verbena Food & Drink

The food was not worth the price. I can’t quite remember the name of the dish, but it was essentially lamb shank birria tacos. Very small portion, not much flavor.

The environment was good except there was an annoying costumer.

I love this place, good atmosphere. Food is great.

Bar area is great, if it's not too busy and you catch the server's eye. I stayed at the Canopy for a cool 4 nights. 2 of those nights I had a great experience with the regular bartender, hostess and server who were prompt and accommodating to a solo diner. The last night I was there, not so much. I sat alone and watched the server (who I had not seen before) bypass me in favor of other tables and newcomers walking in. After 15 minutes of waiting with no hello, I moved on and headed down the block to a more accommodating bar scene. Be warned, if the server doesn't feel like serving you and other tables seem more interesting to them, you're on your own.

Great cozy place, service and food was great! Will definitely return.
