Vaquero Taquero - Downtown

I recently visited Vaquero Taquero in downtown Austin, Texas, and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance was vibrant, and the menu offered a variety of tempting options. What truly stood out were the incredible tacos – I tried several, but the breakfast taco stole the show! The flavors were fresh, and the ingredients were top-notch, making it a must-try. Moreover, I must commend the outstanding service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy delicious tacos while soaking in the local vibe. If you're a taco enthusiast or just looking for a fantastic dining experience in Austin, Vaquero Taquero is the place to be. I'll definitely be returning for more of those delicious breakfast tacos and the warm hospitality!

It was alright but I wouldn't go again.

Tacos were reheated, cold on the inside. The restaurant is concrete and steel, and very loud. Parking sucks at this location so don't be surprised if there isn't any. Also, taco prices are ridiculous.

Best place to eat in downtown Austin. The tacos de trompo everything is made in-house from scratch, including the tortillas. Great hidden gem, with a leafy patio and unique vibe. They often have events worth checking out.

First time here - My best friend and I came for the Tacos of Texas event. The tacos were delicious. I loved the chicken tacos - the flavor was great, and I loved the pickled onions on top. I also had one of the beef tacos. It was also very good, but I preferred the chicken. I'd definitely eat here again. I'd loved to try their breakfast tacos sometime.
