Love this place!! Great restaurant with delicious handmade pasta and pizza! Really friendly and helpful team. And perfect with kids as everything arrives quickly! Being in the Corn Exchange is also super cool! When it’s raining outside, you can still feel like you’re sitting out as it’s all covered inside and looks amazing! Definitely recommend!! Try the spicy pepperoni pizza! Mmm sooo good

this restaurant has very good food and friendly staff and a very nice atmosphere. However what I don’t like is the fact that I have to order on the phone. I don’t understand why I have to put in my email and telephone number just to get my order. Why can’t the server just come to me and get my order? this is very confusing and takes a lot of time. I don’t understand why the service can’t take my order normally.

Amazing place, Amazing costumer service. We spend great time in this place. My little grandson was comfortable very, very delicious food. We very thank for lady with black uniform ( I think her name is Ann) for very nice conversation. Highly recommended this place

Visited prior to going to Simple Minds concert at AO arena. Had to queue for about 15 minutes to be seated, then we were put on a bench table, which already had a couple sat there, I really think you should have your own table ! ( I don't go to Wagamama for the same reason), so wasn't a great start. Waitress took a while to take our order, we wanted to share a pizza and salad, asked for it to be cut in half and placed with salad on each plate. It took almost half an hour to come and when it did , the pizza was on one plate and the salad came in one bowl, so I asked for another plate. Five minutes later a different waitress came and asked what we were wanting, so I asked again for another plate. Another 5 minutes passed before a plate arrived. So we cut pizza in half and then went to put salad on each plate. The top of salad looked reasonable, but underneath it was brown and soggy, so we couldn't eat it, we complained to a waitress and she said she would get a manager, she didn't, so we complained to another waitress, she offered a free dessert, but by this time we would have been late for the concert, so she agreed to take salad off the bill. The pizza was fine, but everything else disappointing. They also serve food to you as it is made, meaning you get food in a bizarre order and not as it should come, not great if you are there with others as they may have eaten theirs before you get your own food. Another couple were told about the way they serve food and decided to get up and leave, going to another restaurant across the other side of corn exchange to eat instead. It must put a lot of people off, along with sharing tables with strangers. Will not be visiting again.

The service was good I really liked the garlic bread especially the pasta( service was amazing especially ana she was very kind Kid-friendliness: When u get a kids meal u get these cups soo cute

Don’t make pasta if you overcook it! You can tell the staff doesn’t care if the food is bad. Clearly the kitchen staff also doesn’t listen to the waitress passing the comment in removing cheese on a salad. I am not coming back and, I would suggest that if you offer compensations, to actually provide it as I have paid my bill in full even if I didn’t eat over half of what was on my plate.
