They don't answer the phone, the door says they open at 9, they open at 10, beware.

Not many options, not good quality (or not fresh, maybe?!), not good to sit down and have a coffee and a treat. I wouldn’t come back.

This woman short chubby Latin descent, was at the register was rude when I had ordered a cake sampler online. she didn’t even offer to put a bow on the to go box when I saw all the boxes in the store had ribbons on them didn’t want to put one on mine also when I had a few questions she went to the back and wouldn’t even answer all of my questions she did the absolute least and for the most amount of money needless to say she had a bad attitude! Don’t shop here it’s a waste of gas and a waste of money your better off going to your local grocery store because the cakes aren’t even worth it period!

Peanut butter cookies are great, but I got a white chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookie today and not a single piece of white chocolate. An ok cookie, but at over $4 for a cookie, it should have the stated main ingredients.

From the excellent service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and super delicious fresh and light sweet delights - Vanilla Bake Shop has it all !! They'll go above and beyond and deliver the best experience + most delicious cakes you've ever tasted! We recently ordered our BabyShower cake from there and could not have been any happier with the result. The cake was such a highlight of the party and ALL of our guests absolutely loved it! Absolutely loved our wedding cake. The cake designer really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. My only negative thing is that they forgot to include the 2nd flavor we really wanted but the strawberry and cream was delicious! All of our guests loved the cake!

Just recently had their cake for our wedding. Taste soooo good!! I am still getting calls from my guests asking where that cake ordered from. I was kinda in last minute to order but Ms. Kim Paolozzi helped me so nicely and kindly to get my order placed. If you looking for wedding cake, save your time go with these guys. Can't go wrong with them.

I am very impressed with Vanilla Bakeshop. They have an easy system to place orders, and their staff is always pleasant. I ordered a marble cake for a birthday and was amazed. The flavor was great, and the frosting wasn't TOO sweet. Price was absolutely reasonable. This will be my new go-to spot for cakes and cupcakes.
