Great tavern/dive bar experience. Been a few times now and every time had a good experience. Drink prices are very fair and great selection of brews and cocktails. Standard ales and brews with some IPA's mixed in along with a variety of mixed cocktails including local specials. The food has always been on point. My absolute favorite so far has been a cup of clam chowder and plate of fresh fried fish and fries. Not fried in overused butter nasty oil. Light crispy white fish and hand cut seasoned fries were great with a Sam Adams. Also had good ol'e standard American cheeseburger and was very well made. Perfect grill patty with standard fixings was right on point. Wife has had salads along with a chicken wrap and I have to say all looked and according to her tasted as good as my meals. Always clean floors and atmosphere is welcoming. Plenty of screens to watch the game or just hang with friends. Staff always smiling and performing well. One of my favorite places in the area. Good food made to order and at reasonable prices. The owners actually care about the place and have always been on the floor when I've been gone.

The service was really slow tonight and there weren't many people in the restaurant. We just ordered drinks and had to wait about a half an hour after the first one before the waitress came back over. I ordered another drink and waited another 20 minutes because they lost my order. I figure everyone has an off night. It happens. I will try them another time.
