Great service. Beautiful shop. No restroom but the menu is worth it. Not cheap but you will never be disappointed. We haven't tried the food but the ice cream and drinks are soooooooooo amazing. Beautifully crafted artwork. Please go check them out.

I bought a gift certificate before COVID and didn't get a chance to use it. Now that COVID has calm down, I went in today with my family to order and was denied to use my gift certificates. I tried to speak to the store manager and he won't even come out to speak to me. Server advised me that I will have to reach out to the admin team for approval before I can use the certificate. There isn't any admin team for this business. I used the certificate before COVID. Please provide a refund of the dollar spent for the gift certificate or store credit. To Vampire Penguin response. These are not fake certificates. I have used it before COVID and was accepted many times. I also have receipts of purchase and will be glad to provide a copy of the receipt. Please provide the contact information where I can send this to.

Most boba places' Thai tea has dairy in it but their Thai tea flavored snow is dairy free! If you haven't tried the snow - it's completely different than snow cones. It's light and airy. I got it with bananas and red beans on top, awesome combination

I've been to many Vampire Penguins, and this was my first time at this location. There was a line of unfortunate customers in 95-degree heat waiting outside for 15 minutes because none of their employees open on time, which is pretty ridiculous because it opens at 1pm. It's not like you're going to wake up late for work at 1pm. 30 minutes later, the restaurant was full of bored customers waiting for food. We got there at opening time, and it was 45 minutes before we got our meal. Absolutely unacceptable. As usual, food was great, but we did notice the Green Tea and Red Bean Snow with strawberry toppings had almost no strawberries and red bean. We compared this one to our photos from other Vampire Penguins, and it was very obvious they skimped this time.

Place looks dirty and the ice cream doesn’t taste good at all…

Over priced for their deserts that are sub par at best. On top of that, expect to wait half an hour for 1 item. Don't accept door dash orders 30 mins before closing & then expect your inside customers to wait forever ‍♂️ Terrible experience.
