This place should be shame of them selfsame worse service ever no wonder why there closing cane to order food guy asks me to come bk later like really what kinda bs service

Food on the menu was falsely advertised. Out of bread, out of potatoes, out of wedge salad, no burgers, no French dip. Waiting 30 mins for a coke, no salad delivered, shrimp appetizer with french fries??!!

So as this place is closing. Great eats and food. This place has been a staple for years. It was crazy crowded, but it was expected because it's closing

Val's Daly City has the best French Dip! Too bad I won't be able to order it anyone. Val's Restaurant & Lounge last two days is Friday December 09, 2022 and tomorrow on Saturday. Nice sit down place for lunch or dinner. They also have a separate bar area in the front with karaoke nights and sometimes live music. Servers are very nice. Their parking lot can get full during dinner rushes but otherwise it's easy to find a space.
