Absolutely divine cheesecakes. Creamy, rich, and oh-so-delicious! The variety of flavors is impressive, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My absolute favorite flavor is the Peach Cobbler!

The cookies and cream cheesecake is hands down better than any other cookies and cream cheesecake you’ll ever have. It rich and creamy and the right amount of Oreo in it. Topped with crushed cookie crumbs and chocolate syrup. One slice is never enough

I have discovered a culinary haven for pie aficionados – a place where warmth and hospitality greet you at the door, and a plethora of delectable options await your choosing. Among them, the Cookies and Cream Pie was my introduction. A sublime creation that seamlessly melds velvety cream with decadent chocolate cookie crumbles, offering a divine symphony of flavors and textures that captivates the senses. Delight in the flawless balance of creamy indulgence and chocolatey allure with each heavenly morsel, elevating your dessert experience to new heights of blissful indulgence. Parking: Behind the store there are plenty of parking spaces. Kid-friendliness: Nice and welcoming neighborhood. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the right side for wheelchair access.

Very friendly, courteous staff, and delicious cheesecake. I wish my family and I could have tried them all! I recommend reading the "about" story on Val's website ❤️.

Best cheesecake I’ve ever had! No need to look elsewhere Val’s knows what they’re doing when it comes to cheesecakes! Customer service was also great, only thing I will add is to let customers know what location to pick up from incase they aren’t familiar with the area or Val’s in general. I came from out of town visiting and placed an order over the phone. I didn’t know there was 2 (maybe more?) locations and went to the wrong location for pickup so I had to go to their other location. Whole time I was confused they kept up their excellent customer service. 10/10

The review reflects my recent experience with Val's online ordering website and the customer service received. I placed an order for 10 varieties of 6oz cheesecakes but was later informed that some items were unavailable due to Valentine's Day. I inquired about purchasing slices instead, which would incur an extra $2 charge per slice as opposed to the original $6.50 price. I suggested a $1 discount per slice due to the inventory discrepancy.The owner responded, "Why would I give you a discount?" This response felt unaccommodating, giving the impression of the business being too prestigious for discounts despite the inventory issue. The interaction left me surprised and disappointed as such coldness is uncommon in customer service. While I don't expect the owner to address this specific review or alter their approach, I hope my feedback aids future online purchasers

Even next day, this cheesecake is perfection! And, that crust ... SO good! 12/10 will be back.
