Counter girl was a little bit snippy but the food was good.

Amazing bakery located in Baltimore's Little Italy. Very reasonable prices with huge portions, friendly staff, and wonderful atmosphere. Looking forward to going back with friends to help me eat some cannoli and eclairs. Highly recommended.

The desserts here are SO good. The staff is very friendly, but the place isn't set up to accommodate the number of people that visit. It takes a while to get through the line and if you were to dine in, there's limited seating. But worth getting to go! Dietary restrictions: Not very allergy friendly. The staff was able to check the ingredients for me, but I had to ask since nothing was clearly labeled. A lot of the items have nuts in them or are made with almond flour.

A really nice bakery only 2 blocks from the B+B I was staying at. All the cookies and pastries I tried were delicious.

A must visit in Baltimore. Fresh pastries and their tiramisu is the best I’ve had in Maryland.

When in Little Italy Baltimore you have to stop at Vaccaro’s! Their food, coffee and gelato is a must try!

OMG, my heart is singing! Haven't had a proper cannoli for years, and this one is outstanding. esp combined with Cappuccino Papa. Viva Italia!
