Nice restaurant for Indian food
Amazing food, ambience, hospitality and service. Great location next to times sq. Must go for indian food in new york city. Recommend
Visited NYC to see The Wiz last Saturday and found this place down the street. Immediate seating, delicious and flavorful cuisine and a great atmosphere. Absolutely enjoyed this experience. Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator on premises
The food was phenomenal. The Daab chingri took me back to India..the chili chicken was soft juicy succulent and tangy, a true Calcutta chilli chicken! Definitely will come back.
So happy we found this gem! It was a yummy meal, quick service and everyone was lovely to interact with. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free so Indian is always a good choice. Kid-friendliness: Several families with kids. No one seemed to mind their joy and laughter.
Brought my family here for a birthday dinner and we all really enjoyed the food, especially the Bengali menu which was surprisingly authentic and an unexpected find in NYC let alone Manhattan. We were very happy with the jhal muri, dimer devil, daab chingri, kosha mangsho, and bhetki paturi, and the dishes from the other menus were good as well. Our server Salma was very attentive and accommodating of our large party's requests and everyone left full and happy.
Very good, decent Indian food with great taste.
This beautiful experience started from the moment Apolina greeted and sat our party of five. We were attended to promplty and enthisiastically by all the staff. Our meal was EXCELLENT! The chicken vindaloo is the best I've ever had. The butter chicken was great as was the tandoori with a really tasty fried okra on the side! I will make this a regular stop whenever I'm in New York.
Utsav is the best!!!Awesome ambience, delicious food and great service...My daughter had her sweet 16th surprise birthday party Friendly and great cooperation from waitress Salma. Going to come back again soon!
