Wonderful spot. Only thing I would change is the cookie dough bites.

Poor service. Only one non dairy option and it was not clearly marked.

It's Uswirl. You know what you're getting. Staff is always friendly, froyo is always good.

Not bad. I didn’t love the flavors but I know they rotate. Frozen yogurt has gotten way overpriced these days. I also think it’s funny that you’re asked if you want to tip!!!! If I tip at a self serve place how do I get that money back?!?!?

Upshot: Nice customer service, big space and yummy froyo. There were 5 of us in a group taking our time to choose and pay but the cashier was very pleasant we asked her some questions and she told us this U-Swirl opened at the start of March. Somehow this frozen yoghurt tastes better than other froyo spots! They have the same general toppings and types of flavours but the actual froyo tastes like it’s a higher quality than other spots. The only thing I did t really like was the NSA vanilla, it had a weird chemical taste you can get with some “no sugar added” foods. I tried the strawberries n cream (the cream was the NSA vanilla), cookies n cream and caramel popcorn. They’ve got some bold colours but the place is nice and clean and pretty big so you can hang out there. Froyo: 8.75/10 Facilities/ decor: 8 Customer service: 8.75/10
