Get the Rueben, seriously, you won’t be disappointed! Piled high, fresh, hot, and quite delicious. I would rate as the best in Colorado Springs. I try something new every time I come and everything is always fantastic.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS SPOT! The owner himself is incredibly rude. Never been treated with such disrespect by someone in the restaurant business. He was hostile from the minute we walked in. He could care less that we had small children with us, and continued to berate us in front of them for no reason. He sat us on one side of the restaurant then complained about how we are inconveniencing him because he has no servers on that side. We ended up leaving before we even got our waters. Probably for the best judging by all of the bad reviews. Please do a quick google search of the owner, Kelly Bubach, to understand who would be serving you if you went here. He is a man who has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and harassment. A man who has multiple complaints of excessive alcohol use, verbal abuse, violent out bursts, and inappropriate conduct. A lot of these complaints coming from his own employees and musicians that have performed at his restaurant. He is all around aggressive and highly unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

This place has such a chill vibe. The music was great and the servers were attentive. The food was amazing. I went twice in one weekend because the food was that good. The major meltdown has a fig jam on it and it was the most delicious sammich. The sweet potato fries, Colorado poutine, southern comfort, and sierra madre azul were also very very tasty. The owner is very kind as well. If I didn't live out of state, I'd be a regular here. I definitely recommend this bistro.
