Urban Bird Hot Chicken

Spicy chicken and waffle? Good combo! Random craving for waffles and found this place when visiting a friend. Spicy chicken tenders were just delicious and spicy and it had decent offset with sweet waffles. Would love to have this place in my area. Service was fast and pricing was fair.

After having a place like daves hot in town for a while my expectations for this place were actually pretty high. I could not have been more disappointed. It took them a minimum of 5 minutes to come take each persons order. After taking said order the person would disappear into the back to do god knows what. I could see many workers walking around not doing anything while so many people where waiting forever to get their order in. The bloke they had working looked like he didnt even know where he was

The chicken sandwich was really good. The fries were great! The staff was rude, disinterested in helping us in any way. They were not busy at all… but the girl in the back seemed bothered that we were there… she was actually eating food off of the food line in front of us while we were placing our order. The table was absolutely disgusting and filthy! I asked for a few napkins to clean the dirty table… the guy working the register just handed me a few napkins rather than saying let us clean the filthy table for you. I had to get water from the fountain machine for the napkins. Dead silent in the restaurant… horrible vibe there. If you own this establishment or are in regional management, check the schedule for Sunday 4/14/24 and see who was working around 6-7pm. You have some SERIOUS training opportunities and some attitude problems to address. The crew working that shift will 100% cost your business money and cause customers to never return. It would be a shame to see another restaurant close in BCS.

Great food, terrible staff. The staff was on their phones and yelling racial slurs back-and-forth at each other, which is pretty hilarious, but probably not conducive to the best business.

I went to go grab food after I broke my fast and the cashier there, I didn’t catch his name but he was big and had a beard, just said we can’t order? With no explanation and we waited. Got up and asked again he said not yet again with attitude and stated us down so we just left. Probably the worst urban bird location I’ve ever been to, Dave’s hot chicken would never.

The College Station location was incredibly good. The service was top notch and the food was so fresh and so delicious. 10/10 recommend. I’m not a chicken tender person at all so I was hesitant but it DID NOT disappoint. The chicken was so tender and juicy and full of flavor. We will sure be going back again.

Food is always good, but service is always horrible. I’ve been to multiple locations and the service is always so slow. I had 2 things in my order and it took about 30 minutes to get it because they said “they didn’t have any chicken made”.

Took over 30 mins just to get our meal, just for chicken tenders. Nothing special for twice the price

Our first time in and was so good!!! The chicken is so juicy and the nacho fries are the best!! Make sure you mix the lemonade with tea!! The GM was so nice and helpful and it’s very clean inside and out!!
