TERRIBLE customer service. First (and last) time visiting the store everything looked so good but i needed assistance identifying what was what. I asked the young lady behind the counter how the plates were prepared, the cost and the name of various dishes. She gave me such an attitude with each response that i had to ask her if she was ok. Despite her attitude I placed an order because I was eager to try the food. I got the quinoa, collard greens, mac and cheese and curried chicken. The Mac and cheese was horrible. Tasted like mustard and water. The collard greens were “ok” but the curry and quinoa were delicious. After I sat down to eat, a group of 4 came in: 2 white and 2 Indian. Little Miss Nasty Pants was all smiles and full of assistance for those people but for me, a Black woman, there was not a drop of pleasantness to be found. Such a shame. Wonder of “they” would treat you just as nice if you were in their place Missy. I will never return to that restaurant.

Delicious vegan food!

Food was edible, and that’s about it. It did not have nearly enough seasoning. Pat your workers more and buy some seasoning please

This was my first time dining here and I was impressed from start to finish. I spent 13 years in the restaurant industry so I can be a little critical of restaurants but this place only gets my praise. First thing I noticed was how remarkably clean everything was. Next was how helpful and patient the woman helping us was, she explained what each dish was and gave us recommendations on what was the most popular. The thing that I appreciated most was that this spot is the epitome of Harlem, so if you don’t appreciate the culture and vibe of the neighborhood do us all a favor and find a different spot. I wish them all the success and I can’t wait to go back and share it with my friends.
